Nugz Jewelry offers the following Returns Policy:

EXCHANGE POLICY
You may exchange unworn and unused merchandise purchased from Nugz Jewelry in its original condition within 30 days. Contact us for a return authorization number. Please provide us with your order number and the style number(s) of the new item(s) you would like for an exchange. There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any amount that is refunded to your credit card. A re-stocking fee does not apply if it is an even exchange or if you purchase more than the returned amount or if you would prefer store credit.

Your exchange should be sent in a padded envelope or box and postmarked to Nugz Jewelry within 15 days from when your item was originally delivered as per out delivery confirmation. If your return package bears no postmark, we will process your return as if it were posted on the day we receive it. We are not responsible for items that are not insured by the sender or for item(s) that Nugz Jewelry has not received. It is the sender's responsibility to insure exchanges and/or returns. Expedited shipping charges, insurance and return postage are not refundable. Please allow five to seven business days for exchanges. All exchanges are subject to a $4.95 postage fee including customers that qualified for free shipping upon initial ordering. Clearance sale items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Exchanges for purchases made on Nugz Jewelry should be handled through our returns department.

Exchanges on items purchased during promotional periods are eligible for promotional pricing on items of equal value in the same product category if the item is returned for exchange within five days of delivery.  Example: a 30% off Faceted Crystal Charm can be exchanged for another Faceted Crystal charm only and we will honor the promotional pricing.  Promotional pricing will only be honored on the first exchange for an item of the same category and price level.  All subsequent exchanges and orders are subject to current pricing, no exceptions.

 

RETURN POLICY
You may return unworn and unused merchandise purchased from Nugz Jewelry.com in its original condition for a refund within 15 days. There is a 10% re-stocking fee for all returns. The amount returned less 10% will be refunded to your credit card. All Clearance Sale items are Final Sale and are non-returnable. Contact us with your order number and reason for return to request a Return Authorization Number. Provide us with the description and item number that you would like to return. We will issue a return authorization number along with instructions for sending back your Nugz Jewelry merchandise.

Packages that are refused by the recipient are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and return shipping costs if applicable. Please follow the instructions included with your package.  If there is a discrepancy with your order or items from your order, you must notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery.
